What Is the MSME Digital Grant MADANI?
A collaborative initiative by the Ministry of Finance, BSN, MDEC, and MCMC, this grant supports Malaysian MSMEs in adopting digital solutions. Qualified businesses can receive 50% matching funds up to RM 5,000 for approved services—covering areas like digital healthcare, e‑POS, ERP, cybersecurity, and more.

Eligibility Requirements
To Qualify
Apply for up to three (3) types of Digital Services in a Single Application
Registered Malaysian-owned MSME or cooperative under SSM valid business with LBT or SKM
At least 60% Malaysian ownership
Operating for minimum 6 months
Annual turnover ≥ RM 50,000

Yes. As long as your clinic is registered under SSM, has at least 60% Malaysian ownership, has been operating for a minimum of 6 months, and meets the RM50,000 annual turnover requirement, you are eligible.
Yes. However, the RM5,000 matching grant applies per business entity, not per branch. If your branches are registered under separate SSM entities, each may apply individually.
You can claim eligible components from the aiCMS ecosystem, and our products and services that falls under Digital Health Solutions as defined by MDEC.

Latest 2-month bank statement or financial report
A quotation from us (as an MDEC-approved Digital Health Partner)

Yes—provided you have not received funding from previous Digital Matching Grants (like MDEC’s SME Digitalisation Grant), and the current application covers new solutions not previously funded.
If the payment is not made within the specified 14-day window after approval, the grant will lapse and your application will be cancelled. A reapplication will be required.
