aiQ rotates between three unique QR codes daily (A, B, and C) to prevent any misuse or invalid scans. Each day, the system will display the correct QR code for that day upon login, ensuring secure check-ins.
What if a customer leaves the queue before their turn?
If a customer decides to leave the queue, you’ll queue list will be refreshed with the next person in line automatically moved up, keeping your operations smooth and hassle-free.
Can I track queue performance?
Absolutely! aiQ provides daily and weekly reports that give insights into queue lengths, average wait times, peak service hours, and customer flow, helping you make data-driven decisions to improve service efficiency.
What if I cancel a customer’s queue spot?
If a queue is canceled, when the customer will refresh their queue card, it will explain that their queue has been canceled by the merchant. You can manage and adjust queue cancellations directly through the dashboard.
