aiQ – Terms of Use

Welcome to aiQ, a queue management service provided by Ascension Innovation S/B (referred to as “AISB,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By accessing or using aiQ, you agree to comply with these Terms of Use (the “Terms”). If you do not agree with these Terms, you are not authorized to use our services.

1. Acceptance of Terms
By registering for or using aiQ, you affirm that you accept these Terms and are of legal age to enter into a binding agreement. If you are using aiQ on behalf of an organization, you warrant that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

2. Description of Services
aiQ offers a queue management platform that allows businesses and customers to manage queues efficiently. The core service is provided free of charge. AISB reserves the right to introduce new services in the future, which may incur fees. We may also modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service without prior notice.

3. User Responsibilities
Users agree to:

Provide accurate and up-to-date information during registration and update such information as necessary.
Maintain the confidentiality of account credentials and take responsibility for all activities conducted under the account.
Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any breach of security.
Use the service in accordance with all applicable Malaysian laws and regulations.

4. Data Usage and Ownership
You agree that AISB may collect, utilize, and analyze the data you provide to enhance our services and for marketing purposes. By using aiQ, you grant us the right to utilize your data in line with our privacy policy. All data generated from your use of aiQ is the property of AISB, which retains the right to use this data for business purposes, including but not limited to service enhancement and marketing.

5. Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionalities of aiQ, including text, graphics, logos, and software, are the exclusive property of AISB or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws in Malaysia. Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the service for its intended purpose. Unauthorized use of AISB’s intellectual property is strictly prohibited.

6. No Warranty and Limitation of Liability
aiQ is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. AISB does not guarantee uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free service. We provide no warranty of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. You agree that AISB shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of aiQ, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

7. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold AISB, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents harmless from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of aiQ, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of any rights of another party.

8. Changes to Terms
AISB reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on this page. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically for any updates. Your continued use of aiQ after changes have been posted constitutes your acceptance of the modified Terms.

9. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Malaysia. You agree to submit to the jurisdiction of the courts located within Malaysia for the resolution of any disputes.

10. Termination
AISB reserves the right to terminate or suspend your access to aiQ at any time, with or without cause or notice. Termination may occur if you violate these Terms, fail to comply with applicable laws, or engage in conduct that AISB deems harmful to its interests or those of its users. Upon termination, your right to use aiQ will immediately cease. You may terminate your account at any time by notifying us in writing. Any termination will not affect any rights or obligations that have accrued prior to the termination date.

11. Entire Agreement
These Terms constitute the complete agreement between you and AISB regarding the use of aiQ and supersede all prior agreements and understandings, whether written or oral, concerning such subject matter.

14. Future Changes and Service Expansion
AISB reserves the right to modify the scope of services offered under aiQ, introduce new services, features, and functionalities, and impose fees for previously free services. Users will be notified of any such changes, and continued use of aiQ after modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
